BRIDAL POLICIES
Brides must provide a full headcount for all members of the bridal party needing makeup services on the wedding day in order to book.
Booking Policy:
A non-refundable retainer of 50% (for the entire bridal party) is due at time of booking to officially hold the wedding date. The remaining amount will be due month prior to the wedding date. If the final payment is not received 30 days prior to the wedding date, Betty Rose LLC reserves the right to cancel services for the wedding date. If any members of the bridal party opt out of makeup after the retainer is paid, a 30 day notice is required to avoid the remaining charge of the application balance. Any add on services after the 30 day notice, will be at a price increase of an additional 20% added to the total service cost. Payment needs to be made in full prior to the add on client receiving services. An invoice and contract will be emailed for signing.
NON BRIDAL Booking Policy:
For non-bridal services, a non-refundable retainer of 50% (for all services included) is due at time of booking to officially hold the appointment. The remaining amount will be due before services begin on day of appointment. If client needs to cancel or reschedule appointment, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid the remaining charge of the application balance. If this fee is not paid, it will be added to the total deposit to reserve the next or rescheduled appointment. An invoice will be emailed boa Square.
FEES & HOLIDAYS:
*20% Fee will be added to services starting before 7 am; this includes travel time to the venue.
*Additional Betty fee is $200/Betty for parties under 6 clients/Betty.
*For holidays or holiday weekends, a 20% fee will be applied to the below prices.
HOLIDAYS INCLUDE: New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Balloon Fiesta (first two weeks in October - extreme traffic delays, up to 1-2 hours of additional time traveled) all Federal Holidays, including Holiday Weekends such as Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, & Thanksgiving Day Weekend.

OTHER SERVICES
CLIENT MAKEUP LESSONS
Lessons are customized to fit each client’s individual needs. Client’s will learn tips, techniques, and trends that can be applied to everyday makeup applications. They are encouraged to bring their everyday “must have” products and tools.
One on one Time: 1 hr Price: $200.00 & $150/hr after the first hour.
GIRLS NIGHT OUT group lessons Time: 1.5 hrs Price: $200.00/person (minimum booking of 4 for reduced rate at $150.00/person)
(Minimum 5 people)
A $50 convenience fee will be applied if the client requests on location services in the ABQ area; if outside the ABQ area, additional fee will be added based on location.
6 Week Private Lesson Package
Time: 2 hr intensives, twice per week
Price: $4000.00 (a non refundable 50% deposit is due to reserve class times).
ON SET/COMMERCIAL/PHOTOSHOOT DAY RATES
Half Day Rate: $600.00
Full Day Rate: $1200.00
Convenience fee will be added for locations outside of the ABQ metro and Rio Rancho metro area.
Non Wedding Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us we do require at least 24 hours notice so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $25 which will be added onto your future appointment. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.

All other payments, other than deposit, are to be paid immediately following services via cash and/or all credit cards.
