Alanna Ferre (pronounced fur-ray) is the founder and owner of Betty Rose. She is a big animal lover. She has 2 cats and 2 dogs. She is a wife, a step mom of two boys and one girl (her bonus babies as she calls them) and feels that becoming a step mom is her greatest role in life. When she is not working, she loves to run, dance, watch movies (big X-men fan) and binge her favorite shows (Vampire Diaries and MTV’s the Challenge).
Alanna is a firm believer that success comes from hard work, consistency, passion, community support, and most importantly being kind to others. Betty Rose was born during a time when Alanna decided to quit her social work job and pursue something that fed her soul.. She wanted to pay it forward and give other local aspiring artists the same opportunity who have a dream to be a makeup artist. She hand selects each artist and trains them to learn the makeup style of Betty Rose. Her goal is for all clients to leave the makeup chair still looking like themselves and feeling beautiful. The Betty Rose Family is committed to welcoming each client with open arms, providing quality makeup applications, and creating a stress free, positive environment. Alanna has been hired for over 550 weddings and collectively, the Betty Rose team has been a part of 1000+ weddings.

SAVANNAH | BETTY - LEAD HAIR & MAKEUP ARTIST & LEAD SPRAY TAN SPECIALIST
Savannah was born and raised in Albuquerque. She is a cosmetologist graduate of the Aveda Institute. She has been doing hair and makeup for 7 years and has been passionate about it from a very young age. Savannah’s experience with hair and makeup started in high school when she was the go-to hair and makeup artist for fellow classmates’ performances and events. Along with hair and makeup, she loves spending time with her husband, dog Finn and will be welcoming her baby girl in April 2023. Savannah loves crafting, watching RomCom movies, visiting farmers markets and karaoke. Her bubbly personality and positive energy is always the highlight of every appointment when clients sit in her chair. She would love to enhance your inner beauty and help make you look and feel your best for all of your special events. Savannah is the Lead Hair & Makeup Artist and also the Lead Spray Tan Specialist at Betty Rose.
LAURA | BETTY - LEAD HAIR STYLIST & LEAD TRAINER
Laura is a New Mexico Native who has owned her own Bridal Hair and makeup Business for over 5 years. She joined the Betty Rose team at the end of 2020 and we could not be more excited to have her! Laura is a wife and mama of 3 beautiful children. Her innate maternal instincts, huge heart, and talent make her a perfect fit for any bridal event. She will not only make you look your best, but she will make you feel your best while doing it. Laura is the Lead Stylist at Betty Rose and the Lead Instructor for internal training for bridal hairstyling. She also offers style training for stylists aspiring to step into the Bridal world.
JAYCELYN | BETTY - 2ND LEAD HAIR STYLIST
Jayce is the first Hairstylist to join the Betty Rose team. She is a cosmetologist graduate from the Aveda Institute and has 10 years of experience with hair. Her ability to truly listen to the client is one of her strongest qualities as a Betty. Jayce is also passionate about yoga and became a certified instructor in 2020. This mama of three is truly a beautiful soul that brings a balanced, judgement free, and safe energy to the room. Jaycelyn is a 2nd Lead Stylist at Betty Rose.
JACKIE | LEAD BETTY MAKEUP ARTIST & 2ND LEAD HAIR AND ARTIST
Born and raised in New Mexico, Jackie made herself at home in the creative community here. From hair and makeup, to photography, to songwriting, she has always had a passion for creation. Being part of the Betty Rose team has been extra special, because it’s allowed her to play a small part in so many people’s big moments. She loves hearing all the love stories, family beginnings, personal triumphs, and more from the clients she has the privilege of working with. Not only does she get to share my creativity with them, but she is endlessly inspired by those whose paths have crossed with hers.
Jackie began interning with Betty Rose in 2018 while she attended the Southwest Makeup Institute. Within months of graduating the institute she created her own makeup business. After witnessing Jackie’s work ethic, talent, and ability to connect with the clients, Alanna knew she had to have Jackie on her team! She has a very versatile makeup style, she can do anything from a soft, natural makeup application to a fun, colorful editorial look. She is definitely Betty Rose’s creative go to for any non bridal project! Jackie’s love for educating coupled with her soft spoken and kind heart makes every client feel at home when they sit in her makeup chair. Jackie is a Lead Makeup Artist and 2nd Lead Hair & Makeup Arisist at Betty Rose. She also specializes in makeup lessons and spray tanning.
ADDIE | BETTY - MAKEUP ARTIST
Addie interned as an assistant at Betty Rose in 2019. Her quick thinking, dedication to clients, sweet smile and killer makeup skills made it very easy to welcome Addie to the team. She is so creative and passionate about all makeup styles and is always seeking growth in her craft. When she is not glamming brides, she is a mama to her adorable son. Addie would be a great addition to your special day!
ASHLEY | BETTY - MAKEUP ARTIST
Ashley Romero is also an Albuquerque native and a graduate of the Toni and Guy Academy. While attaining her Cosmetology license, she quickly learned makeup was one of her greatest passions. She takes pride in making connections with all of her clients and is truly one of the most gentle souls around. Ashley's kind personality and love for makeup allows her to thrive in creative environments. She is also passionate about human rights, animal rights, and an advocate for love. Ashley is the Lead Makeup Artist and has been with Betty Rose since 2017; collectively doing makeup for 7 years.
ERICA | BETTY - MAKEUP ARTIST & 2ND LEAD IN BRAND OPERATIONS
Erica is a 2019 graduate of the Southwest Makeup Institute. She met Alanna during her shadowing hours for her MUA certification and was drawn to the kindness and generosity of all of the Bettys. Scientist by day, Erica uses makeup artistry as a creative outlet. She enjoys meeting new people and making them look and feel confident. Erica is also the 2nd Lead in Brand Operations, working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and assisting with growing the Betty Rose brand. There are many exciting new things coming this year that we can’t wait to share with you all! When not working (in the lab, on faces, or branding), Erica loves spending time with her husband and son, knitting, cooking/baking, and indoor climbing.
MICHELLE | BETTY - HAIRSTYLIST
Michelle was born and raised in New Mexico and is a licensed cosmetology graduate of the Aveda Institute of NM. Her love of hair and makeup goes back to when she was very young. She has always been deeply passionate about the arts and enjoyed making all things beautiful. She works so well with others and is always willing to go the extra mile to help out. She has quickly been dubbed our “comedian” of the group. Aside from Hairstyling Michelle loves reading, greek mythology, theatre and music. She would love to get to know each and every one of you and is honored to be part of your special day. She truly feels that her greatest canvas yet are her beautiful clients!

CLAUDIA | BETTY - HAIRSTYLIST
Claudia is a hairstylist at Betty Rose. She was born and raised in NM and is a graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Temecula in California. She has always had a passion for hair and knew at a very young that she would make a career out of it, even though she would never call it a job because of how much fun she has doing it! She always found herself the appointed hairstylist by her friends to do hair for dances and events. Claudia was also a dancer growing up and gained a lot of experience doing the team’s hair for competitions. She pulls inspiration from celebrities, music videos and magazines and loves that hair keeps her on her toes because the styles are always changing. We are so happy to have Claudia on our team!
MARIAH | BETTY - MAKEUP ARTIST
Mariah is a self taught freelance makeup artist based in the Albuquerque with over 10 years of experience in the areas of maternity shoots, weddings and other events of all sizes. Her passion for beauty results in the most beautiful applications and she finds joy in how confident her clients feel after their sessions.
Mariah stays up to date with the ever changing makeup standards and looks and uses the industry’s top quality products that provide you a stunning, radiant look. As Mariah focuses on her beauty career, she also enjoys spending time with her fiancé, twin daughters, and baby boy! She is an active snowboarder and loves to be mountainside. DANIELLE | BETTY - MAKEUP ARTIST
Danielle is a freelance makeup artist who specializes in bridal beauty, television and film, special effects and male grooming. She has headed makeup departments in productions with major companies such as Vogue, Coca Cola, and VH1. She has worked with AT&T, Bravo, MTV, NBC, New York Fashion Week, Wedding Style, Walmart, AllState, Verizon, Essence, Colgate, and many other notable companies.
Danielle has worked on the set of music videos for 2Chainz, Usher, Gucci Mane, TI, Ludacris and many other music artists She began her career in Atlanta before moving to Albuquerque, and you can often find her bouncing back and forth between the two cities doing what she loves most. Danielle is a mama to her sweet teenage daughter and looks forward to their Sunday hang outs. Her sweet demeanor, attentive listening skills, and artistic hand makes Danielle the perfect makeup artist for your event!
